Children in Need-Action
Germany (Activity A24) November and December 2021
At Geschwister-Scholl-Schule in Gütersloh in Germany, we have started preparing the activity no. 24 from our activity list “Kinder in Not” (English: Children in Need) in November 2021.
Our students pack some little, Christmassy parcels for poor children in Romania. They put paper, coloured pencils, sweets and little toys in it for bringing joy to the children in Romania
La Marató
Spain – December 2021
pproaching Christmas time, every year a TV channel broadcasts a popular programme called “La Marató”. All day long, the programme offers information on a health problem that needs scientific research. They’ve got a double goal: To increase social awareness on the disease and to raise money for scientific research. In December 2021 the programme was dedicated to mental health.
The school Oms i de Prat designed some wristbands with positive slogans and raised money for the scientific research together with a hospital from our community.
